About Impax

Impax Asset Management Ltd is an FSA-regulated subsidiary of Impax Group plc, the shares of which are quoted on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Impax was founded in 1994 as a specialist finance house focusing on the markets for cleaner or more efficient delivery of basic services of energy, water and waste.
